These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Catagraph Tech LLC website and any services provided by Catagraph Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Catagraph Tech LLC provides professional technical documentation services including: • Technical manuals • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Engineering documentation modernization • Technical illustrations and diagrams • Structured document layout and publication preparation Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate written proposals, quotes, or Statements of Work (SOW).

2. No Engineering or Legal Warranty
Catagraph Tech provides documentation, illustration, and publication services only. Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, Catagraph Tech does not provide: • engineering certification • safety validation • regulatory approval • legal compliance verification Final responsibility for technical accuracy, operational safety, and regulatory compliance remains with the client and their designated engineering or regulatory authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate source material and subject-matter expertise
- Identify the intended audience and operating environment for documentation
- Review drafts and provide timely feedback
- Confirm technical accuracy prior to final publication
- Projects involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), ITAR-regulated data, export-controlled information, or classified materials require written authorization and client-defined security procedures before acceptance.
4. Confidentiality
Catagraph Tech treats all client materials as confidential and does not disclose proprietary or sensitive information without permission. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be executed prior to project initiation when requested.
Catagraph Tech does not claim ownership of client documentation, engineering drawings, or proprietary materials submitted for review.
Catagraph Tech does not use analytics tools to collect sensitive project or document data.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights to final deliverables as defined in the project agreement.
Catagraph Tech retains ownership of:
- internal design systems
- templates and document frameworks
- production workflows
- non-client-specific design assets
6. Payment Terms
Pricing, payment schedules, and project milestones are defined in written quotes or project agreements.
Work may require a deposit prior to commencement. Late payments may delay project delivery or the release of final files.
7. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the project quote or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catagraph Tech LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of documentation, services, or website content.
9. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Website materials may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission from Catagraph Tech LLC.
10. Changes to Terms
Catagraph Tech may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
