These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Catagraph Tech LLC website and any services provided by Catagraph Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Catagraph Tech provides technical documentation services including manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical illustrations, and related materials.
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined separately in written proposals, quotes, or statements of work.
2. No Engineering or Legal Warranty
Catagraph Tech provides documentation and illustration services only. We do not certify engineering designs, safety compliance, or regulatory approval unless explicitly stated in a written contract.
Final responsibility for technical accuracy, operational safety, and regulatory compliance remains with the client and appropriate engineering authorities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate source material and subject-matter review
- Identify intended audience and use environment
- Review drafts and provide timely feedback
- Confirm technical accuracy before final release
- Work involving CUI, ITAR, or classified data requires written authorization and client-defined security controls before acceptance.
4. Confidentiality
We treat client materials as confidential and will not disclose proprietary information. NDAs may be executed upon request prior to project initiation.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables as defined in the project agreement. Catagraph Tech retains rights to internal templates, workflows, and non-client-specific design systems.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing and payment schedules are specified in written quotes. Work may require deposit prior to commencement. Late payments may delay delivery.
7. Revisions
Revision rounds included with a project are defined in the quote. Additional revisions may incur added fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catagraph Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of documentation or website content.
9. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational purposes only. You may not copy or redistribute site content without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
